At VRB we manufacture our aluminium doors with AA 6063 extruded aluminium profile systems, powder coat them to achieve attractive, durable and low maintenance finish. Our profile is designed to match BS (British Std.) and we use imported European hardware and accessories in our doors. The idea is to provide top notch quality door solutions of Indian consumer at reasonable rates.

Single Opening Residential Doors

  • Can be ideally fitted as front entrance door incorporating a Letter Plate within the door if required
  • Can be made with OR without Mid-rail
  • Outstanding weather performance with weather rated wool pile fitted all round the opener and the frame.
  • Silicone sealed, pneumatic crimped mitred corner joints which allows no water leaks or day light penetration
  • Each corner of a frame and door vent crimped with heavy duty aluminium Corner cleats & SS Chevrons which holds the corners intact against any pressure
  • Effective drainage mechanism with effective plastic drain caps
  • Integrated multipoint locking mechanism
  • Stainless steel striking plates holds locking hooks firmly in closed position
  • Inside and outside lever operated handles available in various colours
  • Heavy duty butt hinges enables smooth movement (tested to 200,000 cycles)
  • Glazing options available from 6mm to 28mm, single to double glazing glass
  • Toughened / Laminated glass options available for extra security

Double Opening French Doors

  • French doors are double opening doors in which one opener works as a traffic door (for regular access) and the other opening can be used as & when required
